The Bar (36) vs.Warriors (20)

The Bar wins their 16th straight game and defeats a much-improved Warriors team.

The Warriors entered the game off a tough loss to the Dragons.  The Warriors have shown signs of life on offense with Dave F. at QB. The Warriors played an excellent first half and the score was 6-6. The Bar got off to a slow first half start but turned up the heat in the second half. Greg K. connected with Eric A., Marcus J., Chuck D. and Sean D. to extend the lead to 36-6. The Warriors tried to close the gap but came up short with a final score favoring The Bar 36-20.

Dragons (25) vs. Niners (27)

The Niners defeat the Dragons on the last play of the game in the most exciting game of the day.

The Dragons and Niners have QB’s Mark C. and Scott M. who are all having their best seasons in the league.  Niners started off the scoring with a TD reception and extra point conversion to rookies Casey P. and Bryan H.  The Dragons Scott M. threw a touchdown pass to Ryan K. at halftime to make the score 15-12.  In the second half, Erik “Sunshine” K. extended the Niners lead to 21-12. Touchdowns by Jeremy B. and Mark H. helped the Dragons come back and take the lead, 25-21. On the last play of the game, Scott M. connected with Nate R. for a touchdown to win 27-25.

Ravens (0) vs. Team America (6)

Team America wins 2nd straight game and defeats the Ravens.

Team America entered the game with the third highest scoring offense. Bob D. lead the charge with Danielle S. and Scott M. as the primary receivers. Rasheen G., Ron V. and Gus J. lead the Ravens offense. The game was played as a scrimmage and the final score was 6-0.

SBD (21) vs. Stallions (20)

Silent But Deadly come back from a 20-0 deficit to defeat the Stallions on a goal line stand.

James L. led the Stallions to a 6-0 advantage on the first drive of the game. Clarence R. came back in at QB and threw a touchdown pass to Andre J. on the next series to give the Stallions a 12-0 lead. A Stallion touchdown late in the half gave them a 20-0 half time lead.  SBD scored at the beginning of the first half to make the score 14-6. Silent But Deadly held the Stallions to 0 points in the second half. Touchdown passes from Dom R. to Matthuew H. and JDiesel made the score 21-20.  Stallions drove down the field with less than 2 minutes to go but turned over the ball with 1 second remaining on the clock.

F&F (31) vs. Patriots (18)

F&F reconnect and defeat the Patriots in a defense and special teams dominated game.

F&F jumped off to an 8-0 lead with a safety and Kick Return return by Cheez. The score at halftime was 8-0. F&F extend the lead to 22-0 with 2 interceptions for a touchdown by Mona J. and Ben J. Two interception returns for touchdowns by TeeJ W. helped the Patriots get back into the game. Another Patriot touchdown cut the lead to 22-18. F&F scored on a 2 point return for a TD to make the score 24-18. A long touchdown by Dave F. at the end of the game made the final score 30-18.
