Patriots (26) vs. Heat (19)

Patriots return from the bye week and mount 12-point comeback to defeat the feisty Heat.

Hank B. returned to Patriots and threw three touchdown passes in a 26-19 victory. The Heat came ready to play on offense and defense. After keeping the Patriots out of the red zone and intercepting a pass, QB Dan R. connected with Kevin F. for the game's first score. The Patriots responded when Hank B. found Kyle P. for one of his three touchdowns in the game. The Heat would answer on an exciting touchdown rumble by Walid "The Return" to take a 12-7 halftime lead. Both teams had multiple interceptions and mistakes. A crucial violation of the no run zone rule gave the Patriots the ball back when they were facing a 19-7 deficit. Kyle P. would add two touchdowns and an extra point to give the Patriots a one-point advantage. On the Heat's next drive, the Patriots defense closed out the game when Ernest A. intercepted a pass for a score. Marlon, TJ, and Tara "Toolbox" provided steady support for Hank B. in his first game back. Lauren C. and R. Cheeseboro were the stand out performers for the Heat.

F&F(20) , Niners (24)

Niners score on last play in regulation to defeat F&F.


In another UMPR classic, the Niners keep their undefeated season alive facing the upstart F & F. The Niners scored on their first three possessions and jumped out to an 18-7 lead. Erik "Sunshine", Bryan P., and Nate R. each had scoring receptions. QB Scott M. controlled the ball and kept the clock moving. F & F struggled with turnovers in the first half. F&F QB David J. found Brandon T "B Luva" in the end zone before halftime. F & F found their offensive groove on two sustained drives in the second half while the Niners stalled. Joshua J. hauled in two touchdowns to give F & F a 20-18 lead. With less than two minutes, the Niners drove down to the three-yard line and on the last play of the game Nate R. hauled in the game winning catch. Casey P., DJ, Bryan H. all had crucial plays for the Niners. Shadeed A., Mona J., and Ben J. helped F&F.

Stallions (42) vs. Warriors (6)

Stallions return to winning ways over young but tough Warriors

T.O. scored on a 60 yard bomb from Clarence R. on the first play of the game. Mark E. caught the 2pt conversion. On their first possession, the Warriors were force to punt. On their next possession T.O. scored again to give the Stallions the 14-0 score. Clarence R. intercepted the ball and scored his first defensive touchdown of the season. The score at halftime was 20-0.

Andre "Meagtron" scored the first touchdown of the second half to make the score 26-0. The Warriors were able to get on the scoreboard midway through the second half with a touchdown reception by Ahmin D. That would be the only Warriors points of the game as they narrowly avoided the shutout. A touchdown reception by James "Mr. Charger" and Christopher "Twitter,” added to the final score 42-6.

Team America (19) vs. Dragons (37)

Dragons overcome slow start to defeat surging Team America

Chris C. scored the first touchdown of the game from QB Bob R. to take the 6-0 lead. Sean C. caught the extra point conversion and the score was 7-0. Both teams struggled on offense to find their rhythm. The Dragons were scoreless until late in the first half when Miguel "Revis" caught his first touchdown of the season to make the score 7-6. During the half both teams kept pressure on the QBs. The defenses were tough in the first half and the score was 7-6. 

In the second half a Pat D. touchdown reception gave Team America a 13-6 lead.  Interceptions by Justin L. and Scott C. stopped drives deep in the opposing offenses territory. Marc. C. connected with Jared D. to make the score 13-12. Even though the dragons failed on the extra point the Dragons began to pull away. Jared D., Dave P. and Christine B. scored 19 straight points.

The Bar (33) vs. SBD (18)

The Bar defeat a tough SBD team that comes up short in 2nd half

The Bar got on the scoreboard first with a touchdown pass to Marcus J. down the middle of SBD Defense. SBD tied the score 6-6 after JD caught the pass from Dom R. The Bar answered right back when Chuck D. caught his first TD of the day to make the score 12-6. An extra point catch by Sean Dvn gave the Bar the 13-6 lead at halftime.  SBD got the defense on track. He found Nick G. on drive late in the second half. SBD failed on the 2pt conversion and the score at halftime was 14-12.  

Sean Dvn got The Bar on the scoreboard first when he scored is first touchdown of the game. With a 20-18 SBD did not quit and came back on a late drive. a TD run by Dom R. pit SBD within 2 points. Key sacks by Tom R. kept the pressure on QB. Greg K. A failed 2pt conversion to Matheuw H. gave the Bar a 2 point lead. On their next possession Bryan P. and  Chuck D. The Bar held on to win 33-18. The Bar won their 14th straight game.
