Flag Football Clinic
Age: Boys & Girls (7-14)
Location: Gulph School Gym
Director: Philadelphia Flag Football

No Experience Necessary

Experienced flag football players will provide drills, feedback, and teambuilding activities. Football play will focus on fundamental passing, catching and flag grabbing skills. Players will be divided into age groups to and receive individual instruction. Players will be introduced to the rules and engage in a fun safe way game play. Clinic will end with a full-length game with referees that incorporate all the skills learned.

Summer 2011 Flag Football & Sports Art Camps

*Campers are encouraged to participate in Full Day Camp, but a Half Day option is available for morning or afternoon. Full Day Campers must bring lunch, snack,water bottle. Lunch will be from 12:00pm - 1:00pm

Youth Coed Flag Football Academy

Ages: Boys & Girls (7-14 yrs.)
Location: Middle School (rear entrance)

Time: 9:00am - 12:00pm

Flag football instructors will provide fun drills, feedback, and team building activities. Football play will focus on fundamental passing, catching and flag grabbing skills. Players will be divided into age groups. He/she will be introduced to the rules and engage in fun safe game play. Flag football is a non contact sport ideal for both girls and boys. Girls have participated in our previous camps and clinics and are encouraged to sign-up. Flag football players must bring: t-shirt, shorts, healthy snack, water bottle, running shoes and sun screen.

Sports Arts - Create Your own Sports Logo

Ages: Boys & Girls (7-14 yrs.)
Location: Middle School (rear entrance)

Time: 1:00pm - 4:00pm

Participants will have the opportunity create an original sports name/logo for a professional football, baseball, and basketball team of their own. Students will also have an opportunity to learn how to play some of the different sports through non-contact activities. They will learn basic rules, skills and game play. Instructors will guide each student through the brainstorming, research and development of their ideas. Uniform templates and work- sheets will be available to aid the student in personalizing their final product. Students will take home a book of their completed work and merchandise of their team.
